Gold Guest Award 2016. Our second year we have achieved this accolade
Stellar Stays have presented our hotel with an award for 92.8% out of 100% based on quality and customer satisfaction. Awarded March 2016.

After an overnight stay by the VisitEngland inspector in October 2016, we were again awarded a 3 star accreditation and also VisitEngland Breakfast Award for quality choice and service.

The Central Lodge hotel had an unannounced visit from Ms Lindsey Bishop from the AA on 9/7/2015.

We were again granted the 3 Star Hotel rating and Ms Bishop’s report read "In terms of AA Quality Standards a Three Star Grading with Metro Hotel Designator and Merit Score continues to be awarded."

Trivago reviewers have rated our Hotel as 'Excellent' and 93% would recommend.
In early September 2016 after an unannounced visit from our local Environmental Health Inspectors we were pleased to be awarded 5 out of 5 Scores on the Doors for catering hygiene.
